This is now the 7th year that we have had the privilege of designing all three annual reports for Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing. Today, OCCH stands as the industry leader in tax credit syndication in Ohio and is the largest locally controlled syndicator of low income housing in the nation. More importantly, the capital they have deployed has made a real difference to communities and families throughout Ohio.

Although economic uncertainties still exist within the global market, OCCH has remained strong, productive, innovative, and profitable. We deeply appreciate their trust and look forward to working with them for years to come.
