At this annual event, the Urban Land Institute presents awards for real estate and land use development projects that display excellence in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities. Ibel Agency developed the logo, branding and collateral for the inaugural Awards for Excellence for 2017 and 2019. Black and white architectural photography and structured typography reflect the subject matter of the event. Vibrant colors and condensed headline fonts give the pieces a modern feel.
