The National Association of State and Local Equity Funds (NASLEF) is a professional nonprofit that promotes the efficient management of state and local equity funds. The organization's mission is to establish greater understanding of tax credit and other financing programs, to advocate for community development resources and to encourage the professional development of its member organizations. Thirteen State and Local Equity Funds deliver equity capital for rental housing developments that qualify under the LIHTC program to 40 states nationally. Ibel Agency assists NASLEF with its annual conference and the design of the organization's annual report.
